Driving Simulator Laboratory
Dr. Agrawal leads a driving simulator laboratory, a 586 square foot facility located in Brackett Hall 306 at Clemson University. The lab houses a state-of-the-art 3-DOF motion base Realtime Technologies Inc. RDS-1000 driving simulator.
Running on RTI’s SimCreator Software suite, the simulator uses high-fidelity and high-resolution visual systems to conduct basic and applied research in driving. We use this facility to study three major aspects of human behavior in driving: perception, cognitive processing, and judgement and decision making.
